Jongieux Blanc is made from the Jacquère grape variety. Typically Savoyard, it is the most common grape variety in Savoy. It represents half of the vineyard. Its generous bunches take on pinkish colors at the end of ripening. It produces a low alcohol, fresh, light, mineral and very fruity wine that is drunk young. We cultivate it on 3.5 hectares on the various terroirs of Jongieux in Savoy - France. The grapes are picked by hand and then transported, respecting their integrity as far as possible, to the press. The must (grape juice) is quite tangy and has rich varietal aromas. Fermentation takes place in our cellars, slowly, under thermal regulation.
