Mondeuse stew

  1. First of all Thanks to Corinne for sharing this recipe!
  2. Prick the just peeled onion with the cloves.
  3. Start by preparing the vegetables and cutting them into fairly large pieces.
  4. In a large saucepan (some will prefer a casserole dish), boil 3 liters of water.
  5. It's time to put everything in the boiling water. If you need order, start with the vegetables, then the bouquet garni, followed by garlic, salt and pepper. Add the meat to finish
  6. Cook all these beautiful people for 1h30 / 2h! You can skim the summit from time to time!
  7. Roll the marrow bones in coarse salt so as not to lose the most important: the marrow
  8. Cook for another 1 hour.
  9. Drain and serve with mustard! To taste with our Mondeuse!
