Mont d'Or with Marestel

Making

  1. Make a hole in the middle of the Mont d'Or (golden mountain in french) and add a little garlic and white wine
  2. Bake for about twenty minutes in the oven at 180 °, closed box!
  3. Once the cheese has melted, take it out of the oven and enjoy it directly with potatoes and cold meats.
  4. To taste with our Rousette Marestel de Savoie white wine!
