Making

  1. Cut the onions into strips and brown them with butter in a rimmed pan.
  2. Once the onions are the desired color, add the diots and brown them lightly.
  3. Once the diots are colored, add the wine to the pan.
  4. Simmer over medium heat for at least 45 minutes.
  5. To accompany these diots, you can make a dish of polenta or couscous as you wish. Do not hesitate to taste this dish accompanied by the rest of Mondeuse used to cook and flavor the meat
