The vault

Operational since the 2004 harvest, the new cellar has been designed and built to best respect the integrity of the grape and limit the transfer of juice and wine. This respect, as well as traditional working methods combined with modernity, makes it possible to obtain authentic wines, typical of the terroirs. The building groups together in air-conditioned premises the wine cellar and the storage of wines and bottles. In 2014, we enlarged this building to provide more functional bottle storage and order preparation.
